Keep moving, some exercise is better than none. Aerobic/ cardiovascular physical activity (walking, dancing, swimming), muscle-strengthening activity, (pilates, daily activities of living lifting children, carrying groceries or laundry, climbing stairs), flexibility training (yoga, stretches) or balance training (walking heel-to-toe in a perfectly straight line). Choose the one you enjoy.

Remember to protect yourself:

• Always consult your physician before starting a physical activity.

• Choose the right equipment, you may be surprised how the right training shoes make the difference.

• Stay hydrated with water.
