The Ladies Club & Bronze Championship 2025 took place on 22-23 February at the Old Course, bringing together talented golfers in a test of skill and endurance. This event traditionally closes the curtain on the RSGC Club Championship series, alongside the RSGC Men’s Club Championship finals. While one champion successfully defended her title, another celebrated her first major victory.
Bronze Championship: Madoka’s First Triumph
In the Ladies Bronze Championship 2025, Madoka Ouchi rose to the occasion, securing her first-ever victory with a gross score of 193. She displayed remarkable composure over both rounds, keeping her game steady under pressure. Kanae Yutani finished close behind with a gross score of 197, followed by Asako Suehiro with 198. Despite the tight competition, Madoka’s consistency proved to be the key to her success.
Meanwhile, Kanae Yutani claimed the Best Nett title, finishing with 148 nett.
Club Championship: Sim Jane Retains Her Crown
In the Ladies Club Championship 2025, Sim Jane once again proved her dominance. The talented junior golfer successfully defended her title, finishing with a gross score of 159. Her strong performance over two days kept her ahead of Dorothy Ng, who finished second with a gross score of 163, and Ai-Dee Wong, who secured third place with 170 gross. Despite putting up a tough challenge, Dorothy couldn’t close the gap on Sim Jane, who claimed her second consecutive victory, cementing her reputation as a rising star. Meanwhile, Dorothy Ng won the Best Nett title, finishing with 139 nett.
The both championship was a display of skill and determination, with all lady golfers giving their best on the Old Course. Sim Jane defended her title with confidence, while Madoka Ouchi claimed her first major win with steady play.
