What are Plyo Boxes?

Plyo Boxes are sturdy platforms of various heights designed for plyometric exercises, also known as jump training. These exercises involve explosive movements that increase power, strength, and speed. Our new Plyo Boxes come in different sizes to accommodate all fitness levels and support a range of exercises.

Exercises You Can Do with Plyo Boxes

Plyo Box Jump: This fundamental plyometric exercise involves jumping onto and off a plyo box, using the body’s stretch reflex to jump higher and increase power, speed, and explosiveness.

Bulgarian Split Squat Jump: This exercise is an advanced variation of the traditional Bulgarian split squat and adds a plyometric component. It strengthens the lower body, enhances explosiveness, and improves balance—ideal for athletes or anyone looking to boost their power and speed.
