RSGC recently hosted a vibrant and culturally rich Lion Dance ceremony to mark an auspicious occasion. The event, filled with lively performances, was a beautiful display of traditional Chinese artistry and symbolism. Lion dance performances are not just entertainment but also carry deep meaning, symbolizing the warding off of evil spirits and bringing good fortune.
The lion dance was accompanied by blessings, where the lions, intricately adorned with colourful costumes, performed various acrobatic moves. The ceremonial dance was held to usher in prosperity and success for the Club and its Members in the coming year.
The event not only celebrated the cultural heritage of the Chinese community but also served to bring together the Members of the RSGC in a spirit of unity and positive energy for the future
