As the holiday season approached, in the week leading up to Christmas, our tennis courts buzzed with excitement. What better way to celebrate the holiday season than with brothers and sisters in tennis? Set against evenings so perfect that even a rainbow graced us with its presence, adding a magical touch to our gatherings.
On 1 January 2024, the new year started with energy and laughter on the courts, with our dear tennis friends. Our super seniors (more than 80 years young) and the not-so-old, started the year a healthy way with rackets in hand. The joy of playing on RSGC’s lush, Wimbledon-standard lawns was a fitting salute to the year ahead, promising more moments of joy and camaraderie.
Special thanks to Mathavan and the ground crew, whose dedication keeps our courts in pristine condition. Every morning you can see them diligently at work, mowing and rolling, ensuring every game is an experience to remember. Here’s to another year of unforgettable tennis at RSGC, where every match is more than a game—it’s a celebration of community and the enduring spirit of sport.
